The digital platform is one of the pillars of the strategy “Poste Numérique”. It reflects the strong will of Poste Maroc to create a new line of electronic and hybrid products, such as:

  • The secure electronic post box
  • Electronic commerce and web presence
  • Online counter for requesting administrative documents

Aim:

Offer a range of digital products responding to the increasing needs of the Moroccan market

Expected benefits:

  • Electronic Post Box

    • Safeguard electronic exchanges for citizens / administrative bodies / companies.
    • Provide a trustworthy user account for submitting requests
  • Electronic Commerce and web presence

    • Provide a low-cost commercial site (TPE (very small companies), cooperatives, etc.)
    • Outsource the management of electronic payments and delivery
    • Allow liberal professions and TPE to have a web presence
